the location blew me away, it was so easy to get around! i could stroll to the train station in just 15 minutes. plus, there's a tram stop right across the street that connects you to other amazing places. being on the 11th floor was hella fun, i got to watch boats, trains, and trams all day long with my kid. the hotel even had a self-serve snack and drink area in the reception, adapters were available there too!
the room wasn't as clean as i expected it to be, it needed more attention to detail. i spotted brown spots on the tiles around the toilet, a bit off-putting. also, the staff didn't respond to my request immediately.

The room was nice sized. It felt clean and spacious.
The check-in experience was awful. They demanded full payment upfront even though we explained a friend would arrive the next day and our funds were temporarily limited, i felt very unwelcome.

The hotel is conveniently located, a short walk from the main train station. I found the room to be very clean. Housekeeping clearly pays attention to detail. There were great amenities in the room. I particularly appreciated the water. my stay was very comfortable.
I wish the room had a full-length mirror, that would be quite useful.
